Note: Please indicate in the comments section (above) if you are currently in a "Lead" (Pastor, Worship Leader, etc.) church position and desire to initiate contact with the ministry requesting your service. Otherwise, your information will be provided to the requesting ministry to contact you.

1. You acknowledge that you have personally received Jesus into your life as Lord and Savior and are willing to serve Him in this ministry without compensation (there is no money for your services) on at least a temporary basis which is decided by the requesting ministry and yourself.

2. You acknowledge that you have read "The Vision" and "FAQs" pages of the Apply to Serve side of this website.

3. You acknowledge that, although we prayerfully select those servants that we believe are truly called by the Lord to serve through this ministry, you understand that you serve the Lord directly and are responsible independently from this ministry (Calvary Chapel Network of Servants) for your actions and conduct as ambassadors for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20).

In short, there is no employer/employee relationship with this ministry. You are providing a service as an independent contractor. This ministry (Calvary Chapel Network of Servants) is simply a "means" to let the requesting ministry know that you are available to serve.
