they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another,

The
ministry which has a need submits a "Request A
Servant" form. The form is prayerfully considered
with servants who have submitted an "Availability Form". The staff associated with this ministry will
prayerfully look for common qualifiers that would indicate that
the servant and ministry should be in contact with each
other. This is a Spirit led ministry and each request and
available servant are prayerfully considered. We believe that the
Lord may provide a servant to fill a ministry need that may not
make sense, logically, but we are "impressed by His
Spirit" that the two should contact each other. The
requesting ministry is then provided the contact information for
as many servants as are available, for that ministry to
interview and prayerfully discern that their request has been
met. In certain cases, the available servant may
initiate contact with the requesting ministry.
This ministry (Calvary Chapel Network of Servants) is simply a
"means" to let the ministry know that the servant is
available.

The
Lord supports this ministry. There are no fees charged to
connect the servant with the ministry need. If the
ministry need is a paid position, then that arrangement is
handled directly between the ministry and the servant. All
of the servants who are associated with this ministry agree to
be willing to serve on a temporary basis without any charge for
their service.

Yes.
God has magnified His Word even above His own name.
The vision for this ministry is to share the Word of God
however the servant may be gifted to use his or her talents.

No.
Our desire is to exemplify God’s love to the entire
Body of Christ.

No.
We want to serve the King and not divide the Kingdom.
We are not opposed to denominations as such, only their
over-emphasis of the doctrinal differences that have led to the
division of the Body of Christ.

Yes.
After we have gone before the Lord in prayer to connect your need with
the servant we believe God has available, we ask
that you spend some time either in person or on the phone
confirming the selection.

The
servant may serve in your ministry as long as he or she feels
led by the Lord. If you feel that God has brought someone into your
ministry that you would want on a regular basis, we ask that you
take that before the Lord in prayer before offering the position to the servant directly.

Are the servants held liable
for their actions by this ministry?
We
prayerfully select those servants that we believe are
truly called by the Lord to serve through this ministry.
Each servant understands that they serve the Lord
directly and are responsible independently for their actions and
conduct as ambassadors for Christ.
